Japanese souvenirs

One of my friend visit me from Japan and she brought us some Japanese souvenirs! 

Green tea biscuits with white chocolate inside. (this was really yummy!) 

We are going to Gold Coast for Christmas to visit our family so I am going to take some back to my family. 

Sanrio marshmallow with chocolate inside. :) this is really yummy! Chocolate and marshmallows really goes well together!

Great ocean drive

We recently went and did great ocean drive and went and saw twelve apostles!

The drive to twelve apostles was so long! It was meant to be about 3hours drive from Melbourne, but Gps made us to a wrong route and end up taking pretty long drive. 

The weather wasn't too good, it was really cold and it rained a bit, but it didn't rain lots so it was good.

This is London bridge (it also called, London Arch) 

London Arch is un Port Capbell National Park. It is one of the tourist attraction along the great ocean road near Port Campbell. 

"On the evening of 15 January 1990 the main arch connecting to the mainland cracked and fell into the sea. Fortunately no-one was injured. Two people marooned on the new island were rescued hours later by helicopter."

Salon de sushi -Takeaway meal

Takeaway meal from Salon de Sushi.

This is our first time getting takeaway sushi.

Sushi from Salon de Sushi was good, but they took ages to deliver the food. 

Sushi from this takeaway was good I guess... I'm not a big fan of raw fish so I didn't really eat the raw fish, but strange thing was that they put beetroot chips on top of the sushi! 

I never seen anyone doing that before, but the taste of the beetroot chips sushi wasn't that bad.

Joomak - Korean Restaurant

We recently went to a Korean restaurant called, Joomak. 

We've been to this restaurant twice already and the food here is really good! 

Price isn't that expensive, but they only accept cash. 

This restaurant is only open at night and not during lunch. 

It is located in, Basement 407-409 Swanston st, Melbourne.

We haven't been to other Korean restaurant in Melbourne, but I really like this Korean restaurant. 

I think that service is quite good and they bring out the food really fast.

The portion for each meal is a good size as well. 

Cheese egg roll with fish roe. This dish is amazing! It is really well made and taste great! 

Silken Tofu Soup with seafood. (My friend ordered this so I haven't tried it before, but I've had the vegetarian version of this soup in New York)

Seafood pancake. My favorite! This seafood pancake is so crispy and so yummy! 

Braised chicken (mild) - Chicken is very tender and I like the flavoring. 

Crabtree & Evelyn

Recently Crabtree & Evelyn had 30% off for online sale so we decided to do our early Christmas shopping and end up buying heaps of things!

Good thing was, we saved lots, but maybe because everyone was on the website trying to buy things, the website kept on crushing... It was so bad! We were thinking about giving up on buying things online, but we tried few more times and eventually it worked and we were able to purchase things.

We bought this for us to eat.The biscuits was really yummy, we really enjoyed it! :)
